We offer shopping lists and customized mood boards with color schemes and style recommendations.
2) Remodels- kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, living rooms, home offices, home bars and more. We provide extensive services on remodels including project management: space planning, finish selections: countertops, tile, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, electrical fixtures and more. Our construction documents include full specifications, detailed drawings, construction notes, 3D drawings and visuals, obtaining quotes.
4) Finishes selections and 3D renderings and visuals to help you see your home before making a big commitment.

Design steps of most projects:
- Initial site measure and inspection, detailed notes of site conditions.
- Finish palettes/ inspiration books/ mood boards to choose from which are presented during in person/ zoom meetings,
- Store/ vendor visits for furnishings, décor elements, and sample selections, as well as sample orders (Paints, flooring, cabinet finishes, countertop, tile samples, fabrics, wood stains, stones etc.),
- Specifications of selected fixtures, furniture, elements,
- Space plan done in CAD software, elevations and section views, as needed,
- 3D renderings of the space.
- During preliminary stages of the design I occasionally provide hand sketches of initial idea/ layout for the purpose of fast idea translation.
- Collaboration with the contractor and project management.
